BRONX INDEPENDENT FILM FEST

The Bronx Independent Film Festival is seeking submissions. Producers state: “The Bronx Independent Film Festival promotes the cultural and artistic vitality of The Bronx by celebrating its place in film history and the spirit and passion of the independent filmmaker.” Maggie Krupka, festival registrar. Festival runs June 17-20, 2009 in The Bronx, NY.

Seeking-Film Submissions: short films (30 minutes or less) and features (30 minutes or more), including narrative, documentary, animation, and experimental.

Send film submissions to BXFF/Bronx Stage & Film, PO Box 580-179, Bronx, NY 10458; include a synopsis. Regular deadline is March 31; late deadline is May 1. If your film is chosen for screening, you will be notified no later than June 1.
