A reminder that the AGM of the DFA takes place this week as follows:

In preparation of the AGM this and as required by our constitution, please find attached:
  1. Click here for the Agenda for this AGM including a reminder of the venues etc.
  2. Click here for your ease of reference, the minutes of the 2009 DFA AGM (last year) in order to allow for approval of these minuets at this years AGM.
  3. Click here for the 2010 Nomination List with a short profile, pic and the region of the nominated person. This should make it easier for all to vote for people you may not know personally and will allow for voting by Proxy.
  4. Click here for a proxy form to allow you to vote for this AGM even if you can't attend personally. Please also nominate somebody to be your proxy, and vote on your behalf on the day and hand in your Proxy form.
The Proxy contains all necessary instructions and we request you complete this at least the day prior to the AGM or your fax will NOT be received (the fax is NOT at the same venue as the AGM).

Kindly note also that we expect the meeting to last 2.5 hours, so please be able to stay till mid-day. We don't want people to have to leave BEFORE votes are tabulated.
